Casa de Campo: jet & villa, coordinated as one trip.

Most clients arriving privately into Casa de Campo are not booking only a flight — they are organizing an entire arrival. Charter, villa, ground, golf, yacht, dining, staff, and security all need to align. Aero Benny coordinates each thread through a single point of contact, so the work of arriving stays invisible.

01 — CoordinatedCoordinated as one

Everything we run from a single brief.

  • Charter coordination with trusted aviation partners (any aircraft category)
  • La Romana (LRM) FBO meet-and-greet and customs handling
  • Chauffeured transfer from LRM to your Casa de Campo villa or hotel
  • Villa selection and booking across Casa de Campo's residential inventory
  • Pre-stocking to your preferences (groceries, beverages, flowers)
  • Villa staff briefing before arrival (housekeeping, butler, cook)
  • Golf cart rental reserved at the gates
  • Teeth of the Dog & Pete Dye tee-time coordination
  • La Marina yacht charter coordination (Catalina, Saona, Punta Cana coast)
  • Restaurant reservations across the property and Altos de Chavón
  • Private chef booking (in-villa dining)
  • Driver and security partner coordination
02 — Villa

The villa side of the package.

Casa de Campo's residential inventory ranges from small two-bedroom villas in the property's interior to oceanfront estates with full staff. Most arrivals fall into a familiar set of neighborhoods — Las Cañas, Punta Aguila, La Romana Country Club, Premier Club — each with its own character and proximity to the marina, the golf, and the beach.

We coordinate the villa selection through our long-standing relationships at the property — matching family size, neighborhood preference, beach versus marina orientation, and staff requirements. Pre-arrival, we brief the villa team on dietary preferences, beverage preferences, and any specific requests (cribs, hypoallergenic bedding, working space). The objective is for the villa to feel ready, not generic.

03 — Jet

The jet side of the package.

Charter coordination is the same operator-agnostic process we run for every client — but bundled into the package, it's timed with the villa availability, the resort check-in, and any ground-side reservations that are already on the calendar. Aircraft category is matched to group size and origin distance; aircraft type, availability, and pricing are confirmed by the operator at the time of quote.

04 — Ground

The ground ecosystem.

Casa de Campo rewards detailed planning. The signature experiences — Teeth of the Dog, La Marina yacht charters, Altos de Chavón dinners — are the obvious ones, but the trip lives in the small confirmed details: the right golf cart reserved at the resort gate, the right villa pantry stocked before arrival, the right chef booked for one evening and a particular restaurant for another.

Standard ground coordination includes: chauffeured transfers, golf carts, tee times across the property's Pete Dye courses, day yacht charters to Catalina or Saona, restaurant reservations across resort dining and Altos de Chavón, private chef coordination, security and driver partners, and any special requests — photographers, florists, surprise itineraries, private events at the village amphitheater.

05 — Process

How a typical package gets built.

You send us your travel dates, party size, and any preferences you already know (specific villa, specific tee time, specific yacht). We come back within hours with: a recommended villa shortlist, charter options matched to your origin and group size, a draft ground itinerary, and a single coordinated quote.

Once approved, every line in the package becomes our problem. You arrive — the rest is choreographed.
